RE-ENTRY PROGRAM

Our Re-Entry Program is designed to support formerly incarcerated individuals as they reintegrate into society. We provide transitional housing, employment readiness training, counseling and mentorship, substance abuse treatment, and legal aid. Our goal is to reduce recidivism by empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability.

YOUTH PATHWAY PROGRAM

The Youth Pathway Program offers comprehensive support for at-risk youth. We provide educational workshops, career development opportunities, counseling, mentorship, and recreational activities to help young individuals develop the skills and confidence needed for a successful future.

INTEGRATED HEALTH SERVICES

Our Integrated Healthcare Services ensure that community members have access to essential medical and mental health care. We offer primary care, dental services, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, and holistic wellness programs to promote overall well-being.

HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Our Holistic Health and Wellness Programs focus on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We offer yoga, meditation, nutrition classes, fitness programs, and wellness retreats to help individuals achieve balance and health in all aspects of their lives.

PUBLIC BENEFITS ASSISTANCE

We assist our members with applications for government assistance programs such as Medi-Cal, Cash Aid, and CalFresh. Our team helps navigate the application process to ensure that individuals and families receive the support they need.

LEGAL SERVICES

Our Legal Services team provides support for a variety of legal needs, including child support, record expungement, court fines, and legal documentation. We work closely with legal partners to ensure our members have access to the justice they deserve.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

We encourage our members to seek treatment and recovery programs, one-on-one counseling, and group supports. We provide courses on healthy eating, exercise, and cooking. We also offer free transportation to health and dental appointments.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

We assist our members with applications to schools and workshops. We offer resume trainings to support the job search.

EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

Our dedicated team works with members to succeed in their chosen career paths. We offer assistance with resume writing, job applications, interview preparation, and professional clothing to wear for the interviews.
